We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
Certain features of the platform require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at help@accesslane.net if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.
5. Permitted Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

- Engage in conduct that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or disruptive to other participants

By submitting or sharing any content through the platform, including contributions made during group sessions, you grant Accesslane a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely for the purpose of delivering and improving our services. You retain ownership of your original content and represent that you have the right to share it.
6.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding our services, we may use that input without any obligation to you and without restriction.
7. Group Session Conduct
Our services involve live group interaction. All participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. You agree to:
- Treat all facilitators and fellow participants with courtesy and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by other participants during sessions
- Refrain from recording any session without the explicit written consent of Accesslane and all participants
- Follow any session guidelines communicated by the facilitator
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session or the platform for conduct that we determine to be disruptive, harmful, or in violation of these terms.
8. Payments and Refunds
8.1 Fees
Access to certain services requires payment of fees as specified at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are due prior to access unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice.
8.2 Refunds
